Common primary care consists of checking breathing via airways, not removing any item of clothing or helmets unless they are in immediate danger and confiding those in shock. These are the essentials but there is more you can look up yourself.

Also make sure you know what different stud colours mean. It’s key in dark conditions and you can’t see where you are.
